Cardreo is an AI-powered design platform that provides templates and tools for creating YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousels, TikTok covers, and other social media content. We also offer Agency Mode services for custom design requests.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments
For paid subscriptions:

Our Content: The Cardreo platform, including its design, features, and templates, is owned by AshSoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our service. By using our templates, you receive a license to use the generated designs for personal and commercial purposes.

You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Create or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Agency Mode Services
For Agency Mode custom design requests:
- Requests are subject to our review and acceptance
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- Revisions are provided as specified in your plan
- Additional services (domain, database) require separate agreements
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AshSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
